CONSIDERING A CAREER IN REAL ESTATE?

Unfortunately, the vast majority of newly licensed agents are out of the business within the first few years after getting started. They actually never had a chance.
Why? Given a good work ethic, the proper motivation and good organizational skills, success is determined by the agent's sales related traits and aptitudes and the continuing development of the same. For example, certain inhibitions a person may have in dealing with people could result in poor sales performance. Real estate is a "commission only" sales position.
